What practical evidence will you need?
Unit requirements determine evidence; provider design determines the task layout.
Must you find a placement?
The reviewed core requirements allow workplace or realistic simulation with specified resources. Do not infer compulsory placement hours, software brands or assessment duration from the qualification code.
Can one task cover everything?
All core and selected elective requirements must be met. Ethics requires at least three workplace situations, while risk identification requires at least two organisational risks. Ask how the RTO maps its tasks to these requirements.
What should the RTO supply or approve?
Ask which cases, people, documents and systems are supplied for realistic simulation, and which evidence you must arrange. Confirm assessor access, feedback, resubmission rules and any selected-elective requirements. A course described as online still needs a workable plan for all required demonstrations.
If you propose workplace evidence, agree on relevance, permission, privacy and acceptable records before using client material. Existing employment does not automatically meet a unit. Request a map showing what the assessor needs from each task and what gaps remain after any recognition decision.
